ISO 9002-1994 Certificate for Quality Assurance in "Crew Management for International Shipping". First in October 1995 (for quality systems implemented since early 1994) by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). Veritas has maintained and upgraded its quality management systems and has successfully merited the upgrade certification to ISO 9001-2000 standards on September 1, 2008. .

VERITAS in cooperation with its Principals established a Scholarship Program in 1992. Honed in discipline and trained for efficiency, these scholars now serve as the nucleus of Veritas pool of quality officers.

There are now 717 SCHOLARS/FAST TRACK CADETS in our crew pool.

MARINA Accreditation to Engage in Bareboat Chartering Operation With the successful operation of its Bareboat Charter with Irrevocable Lease Purchase Agreement covering one vessel, the Company was accredited by MARINA to engage in Bareboat Chartering Operation up to a maximum of five (5) vessels. Vessels operated by VERITAS under bareboat charter:
